Refund / Exchange Policy

I hope you enjoyed my work, but, If, for any reason, you didn’t like the item or it didn’t correspond to your expectations, you can return / exchange your order within 15 days after you have received it.All returned products must be in the same condition as they were received. If signs of damage or misuse are found, Atelier Voa reserves the right not to refund or exchange.A refund for the value of the item(s) will be issued when I get the item(s) back. Shipping costs are not refundable.
